Rotherfield Village Hall is the hub of community activity

The hall was opened in 1980 and over the past ten years has been modernised to bring it up to its current high standard. A number of sports activities take place in the main hall including badminton, ju-jitsu, short mat bowls, and short tennis.

The clubs and societies which regularly use the facility include the afternoon and evening Women's Institutes, The Horticultural and Allotment Association, a weekly Luncheon Club, two Art Groups, a flourishing Theatrical Group, the Twinning Association, The Rotherfield Community Tourism Initiative, the Parish Council, and Tumble Tots for the very young.
