For the super active, there’s Bowles Outdoor Centre where you can hone your skills on the dry ski slope, climb the rock outcrops and abseil down, or get some expert instruction in canoeing.
For a more leisurely experience, Dewlands Manor golf course is the perfect setting for a relaxed round of golf. Situated on the edge of the village, this nine-hole Pay and Play course is owned by ex-touring professional Nick Godin.

You could take a stroll around the historic churchyard of St Denys in the heart of the village. Tours of the interior of the church can be arranged by prior appointment with the Churchwarden.
